Throughout the year, Soft Circle offers various ongoing groups and workshops for adolescents and adults. Group therapy is an evidence-based therapeutic approach where connection, vulnerability and creativity are fostered in a safe, therapeutic environment. Groups are offered both in person on Dharawal country (Illawarra) and online.

Adolescent Art Therapy and Mindfulness Group - Term 2, 2025
6th May - 10th June, 2025

Early Bird Price: $290 (until April 10th)
Full Price: $350
This is a 5 week group program for young women in the Illawarra. This group is designed to offer holistic mental health and wellbeing support to individuals with or without mental health diagnosis.
Women identifying individuals aged 12-15 are invited to attend a 90 minute weekly session involving yoga and meditation practices, art therapy interventions, mindfulness tools, and group psychotherapy. In these sessions we will explore:
Emotions
Identity
Values and Goals
Relationships
Change and Transitions
We will welcome a maximum of 10 participants into the group space. Prior to commencement, all participants are invited to attend an intake call (over zoom) with their caregiver. This is a space to connect, discuss group objectives, clarify intentions, and ensure safety.
Please note that as this is a group therapy program, it may not be suitable for some people. Please raise any concerns during your intake call, or email if you have any questions.
